R&R Ministries is seeking a Role Play Facilitator to support our vocational training efforts. This volunteer will lead practice role-play scenarios to help trainees build real-world communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback, encouraging confidence and professionalism, and tracking participant progress to share with program leaders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others and creating a supportive, growth-focused environment.

R&R Ministries is looking for a Financial Literacy Coach to support participants in building strong, practical money management skills. Volunteers in this role will co-teach financial principles with lead instructors, offer one-on-one coaching in budgeting and credit rebuilding, and facilitate group discussions on money habits and financial decision-making. They may also help organize guest speakers or Q&A sessions with financial professionals to enrich the learning experience.

R&R Ministries is seeking a Counseling Support Volunteer to assist in creating a welcoming and organized environment for our counseling services. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients for sessions, coordinating schedules with counselors and trainees, and helping maintain a confidential, safe space. Volunteers may also distribute optional reflection prompts or scripture-based encouragement to support clients in their healing journey.

R&R Ministries is seeking Small Group Hosts or Volunteers to lead weekly discussion groups using our R&R curriculum. Volunteers will guide participants through scripture, theological reflection, and personal application, helping to create a space for growth and connection. This role also involves fostering a sense of community, offering follow-up care as needed, and communicating group insights and needs to ministry leadership.

R&R Ministries is looking for volunteer Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for clients attending local appointments, meetings, and trainings. Drivers may also help by picking up donations from ministry partners. As part of the hospitality team, volunteers in this role help create a welcoming and encouraging environment for everyone they serve.

R&R Ministries is seeking volunteers to assist with Curriculum Development. This role involves reviewing existing evangelism materials and providing constructive feedback, supporting the design and testing of new curriculum components, and helping organize and lead pilot training sessions. Volunteers will also collect participant reflections to help continuously improve program content.

R&R Ministries is looking for a Ministry Program Intern to support the smooth operation of our various programs. Interns will assist in coordinating daily, weekly, and modular program logistics, track participant attendance, progress, and feedback, and help prepare materials for classes such as ESL, Work Face, and Money Matters. They will also support program leaders with administrative and operational tasks and conduct research to recommend improvements based on participant engagement.

R&R Ministries is seeking an ESL Education Intern to co-teach or assist with ESL classes across multiple proficiency levels. Interns will help develop supplemental materials such as games, visual aids, and conversation starters, track student progress, and assist with placing newcomers into appropriate cohorts. Additional responsibilities include supporting cohort scheduling, classroom setup, and lesson preparation, as well as serving as a liaison between instructors and participants to provide questions and support.

R&R Ministries is seeking a Vocational Ministry Intern to assist with delivering ISSA-CMI, IHLEA certification preparation, and Work Face training. This role includes facilitating Work Face role-play scenarios, assessing participant skills, and supporting job placement follow-up while tracking alumni employment. Interns will also create support resources such as interview prep guides and resume templates, and collaborate with program staff to update and expand vocational curricula.

R&R Ministries is seeking a Counseling Ministry Intern to support our Talk It Out program. Interns will observe counseling sessions with supervisor approval, assist with intake, scheduling, and participant communication, and help maintain confidential records. They will also support follow-up communications, develop devotional or reflection resources to complement sessions, and assist with logistics for therapist and student supervision meetings.

R&R Ministries is seeking a Spiritual Formation & Small Group Intern to lead or co-lead small groups using our R&R curricula. Interns will help prepare lesson guides and media, provide spiritual care and accountability to participants, and track group attendance and engagement. They will also support the planning and organization of retreats and semester-end events, fostering deeper community and spiritual growth.

R&R Ministries is seeking an Evangelism & Curriculum Development Intern for the Moment Program. This role involves researching evangelism tools such as the Four Spiritual Laws and Evangecube, drafting, reviewing, and pilot-testing curriculum components, and assisting in the creation of visual aids, digital materials, and video segments. Interns will document training feedback, suggest improvements, and support outreach events connected to evangelism training.

R&R Ministries is seeking a Community Engagement Intern to help plan and execute events such as Community Care, Clean, Caucus, and Celebrations. This role involves coordinating volunteers, managing logistics and supplies, and capturing the impact of events through photos, stories, and feedback. Interns will also assist with community outreach and relationship-building initiatives, as well as promote events within the local community and ministry network.
